Returns Policy
Eligibility
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. You can return your play mat within 30 days of the date or order for a full product refund minus shipping costs, if the item is returned:
- unused, in the original condition
- with all original packaging (including straps and cover) in original box
- within 30 days of purchase
- receipt is provided
All returns must be arranged prior to sending your item back to us.
Please make it a priority to check your items upon delivery.

Products received by Rockabye River with no email ‘Refund Confirmation’ may be rejected and no refund given.
You will be responsible for organising return shipping (including paying any delivery fees) and you must provide tracking information to Rockabye River.
