Delayed Christmas and New Year shipping
Due to our team taking a well deserved break during Christmas and the New Year, we have paused product dispatch from 22.12.2023 until 01.12.2024. Any orders placed between these dates will be dispatched from 02.01.2024. Priority will be given to the earliest orders placed. Have a fantastic Christmas!
Our Shipping Rates
We offer competitive shipping starting at $19.95 for most metro areas ($25.95 for most WA metro). Exact shipping rates are calculated based on the address you input during checkout.
Expected Delivery Times
Items will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. Delivery times with our couriers will depend on your destination location and will be affected by the Christmas holiday period. You can track your order to monitor progress.
Can I track my order?
You can track your order as soon as it has been dispatched. We will send you an email which will have your tracking number, and you should refer to this for updates.
Authority to Leave
We use a range of courier providers to ensure we can get our products to you in the most efficient way possible. If you would like to arrange a specific authority to leave status, please contact our team by emailing info@rockabyeriver.com.au prior to placing your order and we will arrange specific delivery options.
No delivery to PO Boxes
Due to the size of our mats, we can not deliver to PO Boxes. We use courier providers to send our parcels. Orders sent to a post office or equivalent will incur redirection fees which are the buyers responsibility.
If you are not presented with shipping options
Unfortunately, some regional addresses are not covered by our standard shipping partners. If you are presented with no shipping options, please contact our team by emailing info@rockabyeriver.com.au and we will try to arrange alternative delivery options. Alternatively, you can arrange this directly through the courier provider sing the tracking number provided to you.
Global Shipping Options
We currently only routinely ship within Australia, however if you would like to purchase a product from outside Australia, please contact our team by emailing info@rockabyeriver.com.au.
